We clean blown film dies using a pyrolysis oven to shorten cleaning time and prevent damage from mechanical impacts. Our workshop is also equipped with cranes and heating cabinets, essential tools that we have found are not always available when assisting customers with on-site maintenance.

1.1 Thermal cleaning in a pyrolysis oven

Once disassembled, die components are cleaned using a pyrolysis oven. This service also includes light polishing.

1.2 Comprehensive service (from disassembly to reassembly)

The die arrives and leaves our facility in its original condition. After this service, the die is ready to be reconnected to the production line. The service includes polishing, bolt replacement, and other necessary tasks.

1.3 Die head refurbishment

This in-depth project includes all necessary steps to improve the flow surface and extend the die head's lifespan. In other words, the old die head is completely renewed.
